Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Shengyue Wellness. This website and its services are operated by Healing Voice International Management Sdn Bhd (Company Registration No. 202401024676 (1570525-P), "we", "us"). By using this website, registering as a member or purchasing any service, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register. Anyone under 18 may use our services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. Member accounts

• Please provide true and accurate information. Each mobile number may register only one account.
• Keep your password secure. All activity under your account is treated as yours.
• Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Membership plans and payment

• Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM), as shown on the website at the time of order.
• Payments are processed by our licensed payment provider, Fiuu. Memberships activate automatically once payment succeeds, and the period runs from the activation date.
• If you buy the same type of membership while one is still active, the new period starts when the current one ends.
• Membership benefits are personal and non-transferable, except that thermal imaging sessions may be used by different people where the plan says so.
• Refunds are covered by our Return and Refund Policy.

3A. Auto-renewal

• If you expressly agree to auto-renewal at checkout, we store a card token provided by Fiuu (we never store your full card number) and charge the amount stated at checkout automatically at the end of each period.
• The RM1 seven-day trial converts automatically to the full plan stated at checkout when the trial ends, and your card is charged.
• You can cancel auto-renewal anytime under Me. Cancel before the next charge date and you will not be charged again.
• If the price changes, we will notify you before the next charge, and you may cancel before it is taken.
• If automatic charges fail repeatedly, auto-renewal is paused and your membership ends at the end of the current period.

4. In-store bookings

• Bookings depend on slot availability and are valid once confirmed by the store.
• Please arrive on time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a no-show.
• We may adjust or cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances and will let you know as early as possible.

5. Health notice

Our services are everyday wellness and relaxation experiences. They are not medical services and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, nor to replace professional medical advice. Thermal imaging sessions do not constitute a medical diagnosis.

If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted medical device, or have any health condition, please consult your doctor first and inform our staff before using our services.

6. Intellectual property and audio use

• All audio, text, images, videos and trademarks on this website belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and related laws.
• Members are granted a right to personal, non-commercial streaming within this website only.
• Downloading, recording, ripping, copying, forwarding, publicly playing, selling or otherwise distributing the audio content is strictly prohibited.
• If you breach these rules, we may terminate your account immediately without refund and reserve the right to take legal action.

7. Acceptable use

You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access to our systems or other accounts, or use the website for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may also contact us at any time to close your account.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will publish the updated version on this page. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
